YSR Congress honorary president YS Vijayamma has come forward to take the reins of the party in the absence of her son Jaganmohan Reddy who was in Chanchalguda jail since one year. And Now, she took a step forward and announced a mass-contact programme all over the state to boost the morale of YSR Congress cadre who were disheartened due to the rejection of bail for Yuva Neta by Supreme Court.
Vijayamma would be touring the state and holds the programme like Rachabanda which connects well to the people in the grassroots. The tour would begin from Telangana region and Vijayamma is expected to visit Pranahita-Chevella irrigation project to inspect the progress of the works. This new campaign of Vijayamma will be alongside YS Sharmila\'s ongoing Maro Praja Prathanam yatra.
YSRC Political Affairs Committee (PAC) took this decision in the wake of denial of bail for Jagan. Good to see that YSRC leaders and the family of Jagan are determined to keep their cadre base intact fighting unfavorable conditions.
