As age begins to catch up, one has to be careful on the
diet they are having. And in the case of film stars, this requirement is
much higher because they need to look youthful and fresh at all times.
Pawan Kalyan is one star who seems to know exactly what goes well for
him and here is something about his diet.
According to sources, Pawan is reportedly on Oats and Protein diet
and he has been following it strictly under the supervision of a
nutritionist. Apparently, the power star has also passed his prime but
his young looks are still intact thanks to the diet and his regular
martial arts practice. Buzz is that Pawan has another reason for all
this.
The senior star realizes that time is running fast and before he gets
too old he wants to do maximum films as possible. As of now, he has
back to back films lined up and in order to maintain that healthy look
he is reportedly giving up on regular diet and banking more on the
proteins and Oats meal which is more health oriented. Maybe we all can
take a leaf out of Pawan's book
