SS Rajamouli's master piece graphical extravaganza Eega is all set for screening at prestigious Cannes Film Festival. That\'s not all. The latest buzz is that the Nani and Samantha starrer is now being chosen for screening in Panorama section at Shanghai International Film Festival. Billed to be a revenge drama of a fly with high end graphics, Eega did wonders at box-office. It was also dubbed into Tamil and Hindi and fared well at the ticket window.
Excited Rajamouli shared the news with his tweetpals: 'Shobu garu, my cousin cherry(Yamadonga producer) and karthikeya are in Cannes.Eega is being screened on 20th in the film market section.'
'Meanwhile,we got the official confirmation this mrng. Eega has been selected in the panorama section.'
'These are small steps in venturing into newer markets. Hoping we can make some kind of breakthroughs, however small they might be..'
Well, Eega is certainly going places and making buzz internationally. Certainly, this is a proud time for Telugus and Rajamouli made Telugus proud.
