Tollywood luck heroine Samantha turned into a real estatebusiness woman preferring properties instead of her remuneration .
Buzz is that producer Bellamkonda Suresh has gone ahead and transferred a farm house on Samantha’s name for agreeing to pair up with his son Bellamkonda Srinivas who is making his debut . This farm house is situated in outskirts of Hyderabad .
Samantha who already worked for Jabardasth film of Bellam Konda Suresh productions, took farm house worth 3 crore instead remuneration for both the films , Samantha demanded 2 crore for the new film with Bellamkonda’s son film which is directed by V V Vinayak.
